- Estimated delivery time is usually 5–12 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, local delivery conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.

- Yes, absolutely! once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- Please allow several days for tracking information to update after it has been issued, especially while the package is moving between facilities, carriers, or countries.

- Once your request has been reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be returned. Please keep the item and do not discard it until our support team provides further instructions.
